Welcome to Bramblefolk. By placing an order through my website, you agree to the following terms.
Products
All Bramblefolk ceramics are handmade, so each piece is unique. Small variations in shape, colour, texture and glaze are natural parts of the making process and make each piece one of a kind.
I do my best to photograph and describe each item accurately, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.
Orders & Payment
Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received. I reserve the right to cancel an order if there is an error in the listing, such as an incorrect price or description.
Shipping
Orders are carefully packaged and sent to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure your delivery details are correct.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a notification with your delivery details.
Returns
Please see my Returns & Refunds Policy for information about returning an item or requesting a refund.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible with photographs of the item and packaging so I can help resolve the issue.
Website Content
All photographs, artwork, designs, text and other content on the Bramblefolk website belong to Bramblefolk and should not be copied or used without permission.
Changes
I may occasionally update these terms to reflect changes to my shop, products or services. The terms in place at the time you place your order will apply to that order.
Contact
If you have any questions about these terms or your order, please get in touch at gemma@bramble-folk.com

I hope you love your Bramblefolk piece, but if you change your mind, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Please contact me at gemma@bramble-folk.com before sending anything back. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging, and return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return has been received and checked, I’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Handmade pieces
Each Bramblefolk piece is made by hand, so small variations in shape, colour, texture and glaze are part of its character and are not considered faults.
If your piece arrives damaged or you have any problems with your order, please get in touch as soon as possible with a photo and I’ll be happy to help.
